I have a new favorite recipe, found here at The Wednesday Chef. This one meets all my criteria: fast, easy, doesn't create too many dirty dishes, uses ingredients I always have on hand... and it's delicious! Oh, and it's very impressive looking, too, especially when you first take it out of the oven and it's all puffed up. I wish I'd taken a picture, but ours didn't last very long. :) Enjoy!
